“Lead like an owner" Leadership & Management Development Initiative

Eight colleagues from across our organisation are taking part in a new strategic leadership and management development initiative called “Lead like an owner” which was designed by our HR team in conjunction with John McKee from Linkubator.

This program will see the participants focus on further developing key competencies including; communication, project management, innovation, emotional intelligence and influencing. The aim of the program is to enable our current and future leaders to successfully lead their teams into future success and further business growth.

Commenting on the first session, participant Gillian Graham said “It was my first time attending a face to face training session on this new program and it was great collaborating and networking with other people from across Cubis. I am excited to work on enhancing my leadership skills, which I hope will allow me to further develop my career within Cubis and CRH. The initial session has given me some useful ideas on how to better lead my team and encouraged me to adopt a more strategic mindset."
