The course has been designed to enable you to seamlessly transition from a life of study to the world of work, encouraging you to apply what you have learned during your years of training and implement your knowledge across a range of business areas and projects.
You will take part in a structured onboarding and induction process, followed by an industry leading 2-year CRH core skills development program facilitated by both internal and external professionals. Through mentoring, coaching, and working closely with our training providers, you will grow in your skillset and obtain a wide understanding of business functionality.
Your progress is tracked through the use of our performance management system, allowing you to follow your personal and professional growth from day one of the programme.
