Cubis Systems is a dynamic, fast growing and innovative company. Since our formation in 2009, we have experienced rapid growth which is set to continue over the coming years. Our people are our priority so as we embark on our journey of ongoing expansion and development we will continue to reward our employees with a variety of incentives and rewards.

We operate a range of shift patterns including days and evenings, normally with weekends off. Overtime is available and is paid at a premium rate. We consider requests for flexible and part time working with a view to providing a positive work/life balance and a varied workforce.

Everyone at Cubis is entitled to 33 days annual leave and we enjoy a Christmas holiday period shut-down.

We encourage every employee to undertake on the job and/or external training programs that improve their level of skill and competency so that they can progress within their respective departments, and beyond. Role specific training, both formal and informal is provided on the job and access to further/higher education that adds value to Cubis is fully funded.
