Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will be the first point of contact for Production Managers and Supervisors in relation to all HR related issues. Based at any of our UK sites they will also undertake the following:

• Support the business by creating maintaining highly productive working relationships with Site Operational Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders so that you become the first point of contact for daily HR queries
• Be available to acknowledge and respond to all employee queries and issues arising
• Undertake administrative duties linked to the employee life cycle including monitoring timekeeping, attendance and performance records and facilitate investigatory and disciplinary and grievance procedures, as appropriate
• Assist recruitment team with coordinating and conducting interviews, as required, ensuring equality, fairness, consistency, and transparency
• Assist recruitment team with the onboarding process
• Coordinate quarterly reviews for all weekly paid employees across all sites
• Update and maintain employee records via the HR system
• Contribute to all Committee meetings across all sites, as required
• Other duties relating to the provision of an efficient HR function across all sites, as required and as directed by the HR ManagerAll other duties as required to support the overall HR & Talent Strategy

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be the first point of contact for Production Managers and Supervisors in relation to all HR related issues. Based at our Lurgan site they will also undertake the following:

• Forge and maintain highly productive working relationships with site operational managers, supervisors, and team leaders so that you become the first point of contact for all generalist, people related, issues arising on a daily basis
• Be available to acknowledge and respond to all employee queries and issues arising
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance and performance records and facilitate investigatory and disciplinary and grievance procedures, as appropriate
• Assist recruitment team with coordinating and conducting interviews, as required, ensuring equality, fairness, consistency, and transparency
• Assist recruitment team with facilitating Company inductions

• Safe Loading and Unloading of material and finished stock
• Accurate completion of Goods Inwards (GRN) / Outwards documentation, kitting of customer orders
• Movement of WiP in Factory, supporting production with raw materials and support materials for machines
• General yard duties required to ensure Yard is safe and stock stored in a correct and safe manner

Based at our Biddulph Moor site the successful candidate will be responsible for booking in stock, supporting production and managing the site waste. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Liaising with Supervisors/ FLT drivers to achieve optimum supply chain efficiency
• Moving material from stage to stage of each process in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Housekeeping
• Transferring stocks to correct locations
• Booking stocks in through the MES
• Stock accuracy
• Ensuring procedures for designated storage systems are adhered to

• Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times
• Producing high volumes of compression moulded components within a high output, fast paced environment
• Operating within strict health and safety and quality requirements
• Working towards team-based productivity targets
• Operating hydraulic power presses as well as general assembly work
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
• Other production-oriented duties as deemed necessary
