Based at our Roscommon, Ireland site, reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will take responsibility for co-ordinating and managing daily maintenance activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Leading and directing the work of the maintenance team to obtain optimum productivity, while reaching the team objectives
- Ensuring a high standard of Health and Safety is maintained across the maintenance team and associated works
- Developing and maintaining planned maintenance activities, in line with production needs, ensuring maximum productivity
- Updating maintenance recording systems as necessary and escalating issues to the Site Management as required
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation, quality standards and Company policy regarding site equipment and machines on an ongoing basis
- Managing the process of critical spares and stock levels ensuring no negative impact to production schedules
- Assume site lead responsibilities in times of holidays or absence reporting directly to Operations Director (Ireland) on these occasions
- Travel to all other Cubis Systems sites as and when required.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide sales order entry, customer service & sales support to all functions of the business. Based at our Lurgan site their key responsibilities will be:
- Handle and process customer order and price enquires smoothly
- Provide general account management function as well as associated administrative support
- Liaise closely with each customer to provide accurate and up to date information on delivery schedules
- Work in alignment with planning teams to provide information on future demands
- Liaise regularly with internal customers including production, business development, product development and logistics team to ensure cross-departmental communications are accurate and timely
- Work with the planning department to provide information for developing manufacturing schedules
- Work with the logistics department to develop supply plans
