What is Gradstart?

Graduates will be given a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all business functions across the Cubis Systems Group and will spend allocated time in each of the core business areas including:

  • Operations & Manufacturing Systems
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Business Improvement
  • Finance & Administration

Graduates will develop their skills and apply their knowledge with the  aid of a mentor who will encourage them to undertake practical on the job training with opportunities for contributing to real time projects and a continuous review of learning undertaken within each department.  At the end of your first year as a Graduate you and your mentor will have identified your particular strengths and interests and enable you to choose projects that best suit your skill set.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Strong academic background with a business, manufacturing or engineering degree (2:1 or above)
  • Data processing & analytical reporting
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
  • High level proficiency in the full MS Office suite
  • Experience, which may have been gained during work placement, in a manufacturing environment
  • An appreciation of general manufacturing processes
