Cubis Systems is a dynamic, fast growing and innovative company. Since its formation in 2009, Cubis Systems has experienced rapid growth which, as a highly acquisitive organisation, is set to continue over the coming years.
Cubis is part of the international building materials group, CRH plc. CRH is a leading global building materials group employing approximately 87,000 people at over 3,800 locations worldwide supplying raw materials and finished products for residential, non-residential and infrastructure construction applications. Being part of a global organisation provides significant resource and allows us to invest in new products and in new company acquisitions which enable us to forge ahead into new markets at home and abroad.
Our main product lines are access chamber systems and cable ducting products used in the construction of underground networks. We have developed innovative approaches within an old-fashioned industry by developing quality products to replace traditional construction materials, like bricks and concrete, with lightweight plastics. We have also incorporated intelligent design features which can be installed faster to save our customers time and money.
Cubis Systems’ products are installed in telecommunications networks, alongside railways and motorways, on waste water treatment works and in power stations and as a result of our long standing business with companies such as Openreach it is likely that there are several Cubis products installed within yards of your front door. We also export to more than 25 countries across the globe including France, Germany, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
In order to sustain our growth we need to demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, this is embedded within the culture of the company. Health and safety is the number one priority in our business and we fully support the right of every employee to work in a safe environment, operating equipment and systems of work that mean we all go home safely at the end of each day.
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously and work hard to address the challenges of climate change through innovative product design and effective management of our production processes.
Modern slavery is a heinous crime in which people are treated as commodities and exploited for criminal gain and is an issue that can affect individuals and communities across the globe.
As a responsible and ethical business Cubis Systems is committed to respecting human / labour rights and to take all reasonable steps to ensure that modern slavery (in any form) does not take place in our sphere of influence. Transparency throughout our supply chain is critical in achieving this goal.
The Modern Slavery Act was introduced in 2015 and applies to all businesses that operate in the UK. Some organisations, those with an annual turnover of £36m or more, are required to produce and annual slavery and trafficking statement.
Cubis Systems is part of the leading global building materials group CRH plc which employs approximately 87,000 people at almost 3,800 locations worldwide. As such, we abide by the guiding principles of business as set out in the CRH Code of Business Conduct. As a UK operating company and part of the CRH PLC, Cubis complies with Group policy, regarding the Modern Slavery Act. Our 'Commitment to Human Rights - Tackling Modern Slavery' confirms the steps we are taking to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking does not occur in our organisation and that of our supply chain partners CRH Modern Slavery Statement.
