Based at our Lurgan site and reporting to the Compliance Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with the latest International standards and customer requirements
  • Sample inspection and testing (QC) of key CTQ purchased items, maintenance of inspection records, generation of supplier non-conformance reports and rectification of issues in conjunction with goods inwards, procurement and compliance personnel
  • Random, in process inspection of CTQ parts on shop floor ensuring specifications/drawings/work instructions are followed to detect manufacturing variations, working in conjunction with Technical, Operations and Compliance Personnel where development or revision of product specifications are required
  • Conducting routine finished part sample testing in accordance with a specified testing schedule, identification of problems and determination of root cause in conjunction with  Technical and Operations personnel and decision making on whether current processes should be changed/improved. 
  • Reconciliation of final inspection documentation to manufacturing records/materials
  • Document control of shop floor related Quality documentation and testing data and provision of accurate and detailed records of all inspections/tests conducted including analysis using charts and statistics as appropriate
  • Maintenance of a database of baseline performance data for all products and analysis of historic and new trends and review of processes and practices for conformance to quality requirements as directed
  • Assisting with internal auditing of site operations in accordance with the Internal Audit Schedule and maintenance of shop floor related calibrated items as per calibration schedule
