Reporting to the Production Scheduler the successful candidate will be based at our Lurgan site and be responsible for:

  •  MRP material issue and part allocation on Javelin
  • Reporting of production metrics
  • Creating orders for outwork manufacturing and liaising with Procurement/Production.
  • Updating scheduling output reports and presenting analysis of data to Scheduler and Production Management
  • Daily and weekly reporting including SOX reporting
  • Compliance with all MRP processes
  • Ensuring all SOX compliance procedures are adhered to within Scheduling and other relevant departments
  • High level of interaction and communication with other departments
  • Accurate data entry for all relevant tasks on company MRP system

Reporting to the Compliance Coordinator the successful candidate will be based at our Lurgan site and be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and development of the Quality Management System
  • Sample inspection and testing (QC) of key CTQ purchased items, maintenance of inspection records and generation of supplier non-conformance reports
  • Random, in process inspection of CTQ parts on shop floor ensuring specifications/drawings/work instructions are followed to detect manufacturing variations
  • Routine finished part sample testing in accordance with a specified testing schedule and identification of problems and determination of root cause
  • Reconciliation of final inspection documentation to manufacturing records/materials
  • Document control of shop floor related Quality documentation and testing data
  • Maintenance of a database of baseline performance data for all products and analysis of historic and new trends
  • Assisting with internal auditing of site operations in accordance with the Internal Audit Schedule

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be based at our Lurgan site and be responsible for:

  • Focusing on key export markets, ensuring that specification driven sales are correctly identified, targeted and supported with market specific digital and printed support materials
  • Liaising with the technical department in the production of technical sales support documents
  • Targeted market research into regions, industry sectors and clients to support the export sales network with high quality specification tools (print and digital)
  • Updating French and German websites / digital support platform (Showpad) on a regular basis
  • Copywriting, compiling and coordinating translation of relevant export marketing support documentation
  • Ensuring that target clients are input onto CRM and that specific marketing campaigns are actioned to these targets.
