Cubis has launched a graduate recruitment programme, known as Gradstart.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the successful candidate will provide sales order entry, customer service and sales support for the full range of Cubis products. They will be based at our Lurgan site and be responsible for:

  • The smooth processing and handling of customer orders and pricing enquiries
  • General account management and associated administrative support
  • General customer liaison and timely resolution of issues and queries
  • Close liaison with the customer to provide delivery schedules for production
  • Regular contact and liaison with internal teams including those from the Production, Business Development, Product Development and Logistics departments
  • Escalation of relevant customer issues to the Customer Service Supervisor, as required
