Cubis has launched a graduate recruitment programme, known as Gradstart.

Students who sign-up for the programme will have the opportunity to experience each of the core business functions within Cubis.

Based at our Lurgan site the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  •  Coordinating, supporting and advising on Health and Safety issues across a multi-site manufacturing business
  • Reviewing, modifying and creating Risk Assessments, Works Instructions, and Training Leaflets as required, in line with the CRH 16 Life Saving Rules
  • Reporting and investigating incidents, injuries and hazards and implementing agreed control measures
  • Delivering and completing statutory notifications to the Health and Safety Authorities including all incident and accident reporting
  • Administering, reviewing and assessing the contractor management policy and procedures  and ensuring that  contractor Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other documentation required are available
  • Developing injury and incident prevention strategies as well as monitoring compliance with Health  and Safety policies and procedures and COSHH system management
  • Promoting Health and Safety awareness
  • Working on existing, and developing new, safety improvement projects
