Reporting to the Logistics Manager the successful candidate will work within the Despatch team; planning and organising transport and collections efficiently and cost effectively with a focus on customer delivery requirements and customer specifications. They will be based at our Lurgan site and be responsible for:

  • Planning and organising transport ensuring customer orders are delivered on time
  • Administration of all relevant paperwork
  • Compliance with all MRP processes
  • Ensuring all SOX compliance procedures are adhered to within the Despatch department
  • Delivering high level, detailed communications with other departments across the organisation

The successful candidate will promote Quality achievement and improvement throughout the organisation. They will be based at Lurgan and be responsible for:

  • On site Quality Assurance and Control
  • Monitoring of QC in-process inspection system
  • Customer complaint and non-conformance handling
  • Internal audits and relevant liaison with customers’ auditors
  • Communicating quality/environmental information to all relevant departments
  • Document control management
  • Management of calibration system
  • Working with Purchasing and Technical colleagues to maintain/develop specifications
  • Identifying relevant quality/environmental training needs and deliver training
  • IPPC compliance
  • On site waste management and control
  • Environmental spill control systems
