Cubis has launched a graduate recruitment programme, known as Gradstart.

Based at our Stoke site, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Engineering support to the Performance Engineering Manager and Performance Engineers
  • Project management of key projects
  • CRH framework rollout
  • Ongoing data analysis and production of Gantt Chart and Gateway Review documentation
  • Provision of technical support following project implementation
  • Provision of Works Instructions and training materials, as required
  • Process trouble shooting

Based at our High Carr Production Facility, Stoke, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and enhancing the capability of the in-house BMC (bulk moulding compound) material testing facility
  • Working with the Compliance team to implement a robust system for recording and controlling processing variables and test data
  • Refining existing and developing new BMC composite grades, through research and validation
  • Working with the Compliance and Procurement teams to control and approve raw material suppliers and to assess new and alternative raw materials
  • Providing technical support to the Operations, Procurement, Commercial and Marketing departments
